“Ellenbank Welsh Pony Stud” is a small stud situated in Southern Tasmania. The stud is owned and run by Karen Bailey with help from her husband Brett and Karen's parents Noel and Pat White.

Ellenbank aims to breed top quality children's mounts, and with the ponies we have bred so far we think we are well on the way to doing so! Good temperaments and looks go along way in producing the perfect child's pony and this is what we aim for!

Ellenbank's foundation mare is a very special little mare, Llangollen Tiger Lilly. So far 'Tig' has blessed us with two colt foals and a beautiful grey filly all three foals are by Cherrytree Mandarin; we couldn't have asked for better babies.

Ellenbank's ponies carry some of the following bloodlines – Coed Coch, Criban, Revel, Twyford and Weston.
